Labbayk is an Islamic nasheed group represented by Safar Media based in Gloucestershire, UK. It have been performing since 2004, and has recently released a spectacular no-music album named “The Greatest Gift”.

“The Greatest Gift” album cover

The group have told us,

“A recurring theme or concept in most of our nasheeds is praising Allah for the gifts He has bestowed upon us. We wanted this concept to be one of the central themes for this album. We thought long and hard about what Muslims in this day and age should be most grateful to Allah for and after much thought and consideration we decided that The Greatest Gift by far is to be from amongst the Ummah of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).”

Labbayk consists of Masum, Ehsaan, and Imran, who started singing at Islamic events from the year 2004 and have been performing live around the world since, including at the Youth Tarbiyah Conference in Canada and the ICCS Annual Conference in Switzerland.

The new 10-track acapella album contains no music, and it has been approved by more than four scholars to ensure that the content is within the limits of the Shariah.

“The nasheeds in the album each carry messages of praise to Allah (Swt) and Salawat upon Allah’s beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) amongst other contemporary issues.”

It is available to buy, and samples are also available to listen to. MP3 and other digital download methods will be available soon.
