More Muslims Condemn Attack On Malala
Muslim leaders and various Pakistani government and private institutions have condemned the attack on the young girl named Malala Yousafzai and have been praying for her recovery.
During Friday congregations in Pakistan, religious leaders condemned the murder attempt on the innocent girl, calling it ‘tyranny’ and reminding everyone that Islam does not allow attacks on women and children under any circumstances.
Maulana Ameer Hamza, a religious leader from Pakistan, said that Malala is a daughter of the nation and those who attacked her should be arrested and given exemplary punishment. He described the attack as the ‘worst form of terrorism’.
Muslims across the world have been praying for her quick recovery.
A special prayer for example, was held at the Government College University located in Lahore, Pakistan. People prayed for the speedy recovery of Malala and prayed for the prospect of peace in the country.
