Muslims Pay Tribute To Sandy Hook Shooting Victims
Muslims around the world have paid respects to the victims of the horrific shooting at Sandy Hook school in Connecticut. Many are also calling for higher gun control measures to be taken in the country.

The Muslim community at Newton, Connecticut, issued a public statement in front of American President Barack Obama at an interfaith service.
Jason Graves of the Al Hedaya Islamic Center has said: “The Muslim community of the Al Hedaya Islamic Center in Newtown, in Connecticut and throughout the nation joins with our fellow Americans in grieving for those who died in this senseless tragedy and praying for them and their families.”
Other members of the American Muslim community who have paid their respects include the Newtown Islamic Center, the Danbury Masjid and Baitul Mukarram.
Messages of condolences have been given from all around the world, including messages from these young Pakistani children.
