Masjid al-Haram (also known as the “The Sacred Mosque” and the “Grand Mosque”) is the largest mosque in the world and surrounds one of the holiest places in Islam, the Kaaba.

The mosque is the holiest in the world and is of great importance to Muslims. It is also the primary destination of the Hajj pilgrimage, which is one of the Five Pillars of Islam.
